Therapy works best when we have goals. For some people, that will be very specific. For others, a general direction might be all that's needed. Â

The following are some questions to get you thinking along those lines:Â Â

Place yourself 6 months into the future. You’ve changed and you’re proud of the work you have put into making that change. As you reflect back from that time 6 months into the future, what has changed? In the frame of mind, finish these sentences:Â
